It is important to purchase and wear only those sunglasses that offer 100% protection from UVA and UVB rays. This way your eyes will be protected and you can go out in the sun without having to squint.
Your eyes are stressed throughout the day due to heat and exposure to the sun. Keep them safe by splashing cold water on them periodically and drinking a lot of water. This will keep your eyes from becoming dry or puffy.

Swimming is the most popular way to cool off in summer. However, it is important to take care of your eyes in water, as chlorine can be harmful. Remember to wear swimming goggles and wash your hands thoroughly with soap before touching your eyes after you swim.
