If you plan a day at the beach, use sunscreen upwards to SPF 60. Sun damage is not evident immediately but can take months to show on your skin. This damage can appear suddenly and be irreversible.
Wash Your Face Twice a Day. It is important to wash your face at least two times in a day. This will remove dust particles and environmental toxins present on the face. Never use soap but a proper PH balanced cleanser designed specifically for the face. If not removed, dust particles and toxins will break down the integrity of the skin and prevent collagen regeneration.
Avoid touching your face. People will need to avoid touching their face. Frequent touching will spread harmful bacteria which will affect the elasticity and general health of the skin. Also avoid resting your face on any objects. Wash your hands before touching or applying any cream to your face. This will also stop spreading bacteria.
Go for a Healthy Diet. One of the best ways to stay young is having the right food. Eat healthy food rich in essential proteins and vitamins. Maintaining a regular diet regime can help you have a healthier body and skin. Vitamins and minerals are essential for our body.
